The Washington Senators stay in our nation's capital was up and down. Style was never compromised when the team took the field though.

Although this jersey never saw game action, it was a salesman's sample. If you ask us, the Senators would have looked fabulous in the offered flannel masterpiece. Check out the number on the left sleeve of this pinstriped classic. A size "44" MacGregor tag is sewn in the collar - circa 1955-61. Underscored on front is "Senators" - crafted in two-color tackle twill. "4" is administered to the right sleeve and verso. Ventilation holes are visible under the arms as well.
