Offered is an original 3.5" x 5" photo of Heinie Groh snapped while he was managing a minor league team on an exhibition tour in New Orleans. Groh has signed the photo, "Yours Very Sincerely." The reverse of the picture also features a lengthy inscription penned in different hand reading in part, "Remember that I didn't send you the picture I promised you. So I will just enclose one of the best I have. In fact it is the best picture. This was taken while I was coaching at one of the exhibition games we played at New Orleans..." Photo is in poor overall condition with paper loss and tearing. (F0290)
