1958-60 Al Dark Chicago Cubs Adirondack Professional Model Game Bat (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a professional model 132B Al Dark Adirondack game bat dating to his tenure with the Chicago Cubs circa 1958-60. Bat currently measures 34.5", weighs 34.8 ounces and shows minimal use. A 9.5” area has been shaved off the back of the barrel and a hole has also been drilled through the handle for hanging/display purposes. Bat is uncracked. Dark was a 3X All-Star and won NL Rookie of the Year in 1948. Dark also played for the Philadelphia Phillies and Milwaukee Braves in 1960, his last season. (08J0082, 1977)
