Offered is a 1969 original UPI wire photo that features Mickey Mantle and Joe DiMaggio at a ceremony for Mantle at Yankee Stadium. Mantle's No. 7 was retired on June 8, 1969. This photo shows DiMaggio handing Mantle a commemorative plaque to signal the retirement. The photo is date stamped June 9 on the back and includes a Certificate of Authenticity from the Chicago Tribune with Photo ID #ACR-675-CT. The back of the photo also has that matching ID. (59M0221)
