Offered is a New York Mets road jersey which was donned by utility man Bill Almon during his stint with the club in the second half of the 1987 season. Almon would appear in 49 games with the club, primarily as a defensive replacement and pinch hitter. Rawlings size 42 tag sewn to the interior of the tail with a swatch reading "87 1 2" indicating the year of issue, set number and uniform number sewn adjacently. Team name, player name and uniform number are all sewn to the jersey in blue on orange double tackle twill. Light use shown. (60N0041)
