Offered is a catcher's mask originating from around the turn of the century. Cage is constructed of two horizontal bars above and three below the eyes. Single vertical bar runs length of mask to join the top and bottom sections. An additional U shaped bar is applied to each section of the cage for additional support/protection. Two lengths of vertical padding are found on either side of the mask and are fastened via foldover staples. Single horizontal strap is found on reverse to hold mask to face. Excellent overall condition. (Y0177)
