We all like to hearken back to our youth, when times were simpler and days and nights were spent playing games. Of course video and arcade games and computers were decades away when pinball and vending machines were the rage among our children. How many hours were spent passing by those summer days in front of a pinball machine or at the five and dime store trying to score a Mickey Mantle or Joe DiMaggio Exhibit card.
MEARS On-Line Auctions is pleased to offer the following arcade and table top treasures, most related to the game of baseball. The majority are from the 1940s and '50s. Many are in working order or were remedied back to life. Dimensions are listed on each. Shipping will be substantial on some given the heavy volume associated.
Deluxe is ample in describing the offered Williams DeLuxe Baseball pinball machine. This measures a stealth 62 1/2" x 25 1/2" x 38 1/2". Stunning aesthetics are featured on the playing surface. A baseball playing field with a full defensive team are encapsulated under a bubble on front. "Williams Deluxe Baseball" is painted on a mirror on top. No cracks or flaws are visible.
Coins go throw the machine so it is not currently working. The playing surface is stellar with the slightest hint of wear. The bat spring does not work and one of the wooden legs is creaky, and nearly broken.
