Our guess is Babe Ruth would have downed plenty of Red Top Beer for him and everyone else in the bar. Never one to turn down an alcoholic beverage, Ruth would have been the ideal pitchman, even after his death.

A gold Ruth statue is fastened (screwed down) on one end of this advertisement. The verso has a gold placard which reads George Herman Ruth Red Top Hall of Fame Sport Series so there others issued. Affixed to a heavy cardboard stock, the special sign rates VG/EX with some curling on the corners.
