Offered is a California Angles road jersey dating to their 1968 season. McAuliffe, size 44 & 68 year tags sewn to tail while "Angels" and number 47 are also sewn to the grey flannel jersey. "Mess" also written in faded marker on tail of jersey. Andy Messersmith wore number 47 during his rookie season with the club in 1968 though he did not make his debut until July 4th with Bobby Locke wearing #47 prior to his arrival. Moderate wear shown.
