* JSA authenticated the autograph, but the inscription is penned in an unknown hand.

Offered is a Chicago Cubs road jersey dating to circa Greg Maddux's 2004 season with the team. Majestic MLB Authentic Collection tag sewn to tail with a size 48 flag tag while "Chicago", number 31, "Maddux" and a team logo patch are also sewn to the grey knit jersey. Maddux has also signed the reverse three in silver marker with a "#300 8.7.04." inscription. Jersey features a tag with code "0062" sewn to the inner side seam but is lacking the supplemental strip tag typically found in previously examined Cubs jerseys of the era. (94V0445)
