2006-08 Justin Verlander Detroit Tigers Negro League Tribute Jersey (MEARS A10)

Offered is a Detroit Tigers Negro League Tribute jersey dating to Justin Verlander's tenure with the team circa 2006-08. AIS size 48 tag sewn to tail while "Detroit" & number 35 are also sewn to the navy pinstriped white knit jersey. While Verlander did start the Tigers Negro League Tribute Game in each of the 2006, 2007 & 2008 seasons, the pinstripe/lettering alignment on this jersey is not consistent with available images from those games. Provenance via a former Tigers ballboy. Minimal wear. MEARS A10. (39O0528)
