1998 New York Mets #22 Organizational Jersey (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a New York Mets organizational jersey dating to circa the 1998 season. Rawlings tag sewn to tail with a strip reading "44 98" while "Mets", number 22 and a team logo patch are also sewn to the grey knit jersey. Heavy wear with some broken stitching on the applique. Rawlings was not a supplier of Mets jerseys at the MLB level for the 1998 season, and there is no name on back of the jersey whereas the Mets MLB jerseys did feature NOB for the 1998 season, thus the organizational designation.
