Bill Virdon was the bench coach for manager Larry Dierker in 1997. This Russell size 44 #18 jersey has a Russell Diamond Collection size 44 jock tag on the outside left shirttail, with a 100% Polyester flag tag sewn to its bottom edge. On the right sleeve is the Jackie Robinson 50th Anniversary Breaking Barriers patch worn by MLB teams in 1997. Astros wordmark is midnight blue/white tackle twill with white-and-gold embroidered star. There is a Velcro patch between the second and third buttons. Name and number are midnight blue/white/gold tackle twill; name is on a white polyester plate. Light use shown.
