1988 San Diego Padres Game Worn Batting Helmet w/ Jimmy Jones Signed Trading Cards (MEARS LOA/JSA)

Offered is a San Diego Padres batting helmet dating to circa 1988. Size 7 1/8 label applied inside helmet while number 45 is affixed to reverse along with "7 1/8" and "88" scratched into the underside of the brim. A pair of Jimmy Jones signed trading cards will also attend. While Jones did wear number 45 for the Padres in 1988, he is listed as a right handed batter with this helmet designed for wear by a left handed hitter. Heavy wear.
