1985 Bill Buckner Red Sox Louisville Slugger Professional Model Game Used Bat (MEARS A8.5)

Offered is a professional model Bill Buckner game used Louisville Slugger bat from his 1985 campaign with the Boston Red Sox. Model K75 is stamped on the signature barrel while Buckner's uniform number 6 is written on the knob in faded black marker.

This ash bat currently weighs 31 ounces, measures 34" in length and matches known player factory records with a hickory finish, regular knob and round barrel. Heavy use shown with ball marks, stitch marks, cleat marks and a 20" crack extending through the barrel's end.

Bat receives five points for matching known player factory records, 3 points for use, 2 points for player use traits and loses 1.5 points for the handle crack resulting in a final grade of A8.5. (C0705)
