1982 Mel Hall Chicago Cubs Game Worn Home Jersey (MEARS A10)

Offered is a pinstriped Chicago Cubs home jersey which was donned by outfielder Mel Hall, who was called up the club in September of 1982 after winning the American Association's Rookie of the Year award while a member of the Iowa Cubs. Wilson size 40 tag sewn in collar above a strip reading "27 82 1 40" to indicate the uniform number, year of issue, set number and size. An additional 82 box tag is sewn to the tail. Circular Cubs logo patch sewn to the chest along with a Cubbie Bear logo patch on the left sleeve, while Hall's uniform number 27 is sewn to the reverse in blue twill. Moderate use shown.
