1980-82 Alan Ashby Houston Astros Adirondack Professional Model Game Used Bat (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a professional model Alan Ashby game used Adirondack bat from the backstop's tenure with the Houston Astros between 1980 & 1982. Model 837B stamped on knob while Ashby's uniform number 14 is written on both ends of the bat in black marker.

Bat measures 34.5", weighs 33.5 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, stitch marks, a light application of pine tar and an 8" handle crack with separation. (54H0280)
