Offered is a New York Yankees organizational home jersey dating to circa 1978. Wilson size 44 tag and strip reading "78 1" sewn to tail with a cut out name swatch in the collar and the Yankees interlocking "NY" logo on the left chest. Outline of a removed number 63 visible on reverse while it appears as though an armband has also been removed from the left sleeve indicating jersey likely saw extended use through at least 1980 with the Yankees wearing a black armband to memorialize Thurman Munson in 1979.
