1977-79 Bobby Murcer Chicago Cubs Adirondack Professional Model Game Used Bat (MEARS A9.5) Rare Tape/Foam Grip

Offered is a professional model Bobby Murcer game used Adirondack bat from his time with the Chicago Cubs in the late 1970's. Model 304A is stamped on the knob while the barrel features a full name block letter stamping.

This ash bat currently weighs 34 ounces, measures 36" in length and matches known player factory records with a regular knob and round barrel. Heavy use shown with ball marks, stitch marks, a light application of pine tar and a 3" handle crack. A rare tape/foam grip has also been applied to the handle.

Bat receives five points for matching known player factory records, 3 points for use, 2 points for player use traits and loses 1/2 point for the handle crack resulting in a final grade of A9.5 (A0269)
