1975-77 Rick Waits Cleveland Indians Game Worn Alternate Jersey (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a Cleveland Indians alternate jersey dating to Rick Waits tenure with the team circa 1975-77. Wilson size 42 tag sewn in collar while "Indians", number 36, "Waits" and a team logo patch are also sewn to the navy knit pullover. Outline of removed Bicentennial patch visible on right sleeve while name has been restored to the back of the jersey, possibly done by the team as three different players (Waits, Gaylord Perry & Jackie Brown) were rostered under number 36 for the Tribe in 1975 before Waits assumed sole ownership of the number for 1976 & 1977. Heavy wear shown with some discoloration to the applique most notably the reverse numerals. (99A0329)
