Offered is a professional model S2 Willie Mays H&B Louisville Slugger dating to circa his 1965 season with the San Francisco Giants. Bat currently measures 35", weighs 34 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, cleat marks, grain swelling/slight deadwood and a few spots of gouging/no number on knob (-1). The original shipment weight of "33 1/2" is also noted on the knob in factory pencil. Final Grade MEARS A8. From the collection of a San Francisco union boss.
