1963-65 Kansas City Athletics #5 Game Worn Warm Up Jacket (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a Kansas City Athletics warm up jacket dating to the franchise's earliest day in green and yellow before their move to Oakland. Wilson manufacturer's tag sewn in collar along with a size 40 flag tag while a stylized letter "A" is sewn to the left chest in white on yellow double tackle twill. A number 5 is sewn to the end of the left sleeve with Bobby Del Greco (1963) and Nelson Matthews (1964-65) wearing said uniform number during the time period. Heavy use shown, most notably to the leather pocket liners and striped trim around the collar, sleeves and waist. (62P0111)
