1961 Jim Rivera / Andy Carey Chicago White Sox Game Worn Home Jersey (MEARS A5)

Offered is a Chicago White Sox home jersey which appears to have been originally issued circa 1961. Wilson size 42 tag sewn to tail while "Sox" and number 7 are also sewn to the pinstriped flannel jersey. Supplemental tagging on the tail and collar have been cut out with "Melton" handwritten in the collar indicating jersey saw extended organizational as Bill Melton's first minor league season was in 1964.
