This is a 1960 Mickey Mantle Adirondack Professional Model Game Used Signed World Series Bat. This bat dates to the 1960 World Series based on the "1960 World Series" Stamp present between the barrel signature and the centerbrand. This 113A model bat currently weighs 31.6 ounces and measures 35.5 inches in length.

This bat exhibits heavy use with deeply embedded ball marks present on all sides of the barrel, which would be expected from a switch hitter like Mantle. Grain compression is visible on both the top and bottom of the barrel. This bat remains in uncracked condition. A few cleat marks are evident along the end of the barrel. Mantle has autographed this bat in blue marker below the barrel signature and inscribed it with "No. 7".

This is arguably one of the nicest Mantle bats in existance, and is only the fifth World Series bat of his within the MEARS Database.

Mantle is arguably one of the most popular baseball players of all time, ranking right up there with Babe Ruth. Along with Mantle's help the Yankees made it to twelve World Series, 7 of which the Yankees won, in his 18 Big League seasons, an unprecedented mark which will likely never be matched. By the end of his career, Mantle had 2,415 hits, 536 home runs, while batting .298 throughout. Mantle was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1974 on his first ballot with 88.2% of the vote.

This bat grades out at the MEARS A10 grade with five points for the base grade, three points for heavy use, two points for being a World Series bat, and no point deductions. This bat is also accompanied by PSA/DNA paperwork, which grades it out at the GU 10 grade. This bat can be found in the PSA/DNA database under certification number D63105.
