1960-62 Luis Aparicio Chicago White Sox H&B Louisville Slugger Professional Model Game Used Bat (MEARS A8)

Offered is a professional model S44 Luis Aparicio H&B Louisville Slugger dating to his tenure with the Chicago White Sox circa 1960-62. Bat currently measures 34", weighs 31 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, stitch marks, bat rack marks, cleat marks, dead wood and a period repaired handle crack with some missing wood. Letter of provenance accompanies bat stating it was originally obtained by a White Sox bat boy during the 1962 season, while ordering records & style of center brand stamping date the bat to 1960.
