1958-59 Mickey Mantle New York Yankees Adirondack Professional Model Team Index Bat (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a professional model Mickey Mantle Adirondack team index bat from his time with the New York Yankees in the late 1950's. "Mantle Type" stamped on the barrel while model number 288C is stamped on the knob and a 1958-59 era white text Adirondack center brand is also present.

Bat currently measures 34.5" and weighs 35 ounces with a regular knob and round barrel. Heavy use evident with ball marks, stitch marks, bat rack marks, dead wood and a chipped knob. Handle remains uncracked.
