Manufactured during the 1950-60 label period, references to this model bat appear in the H&B Boston Red Sox team index factory records. With reference to the O1 model, it appears as:

1-16-57 T.W. O1, (no length or weight listed) 1-21-58 T.W. 01, Ted Williams, see index (no length or weight listed)

Bat measures 34" in length, and currently weighs 33.5 ounces. No visible game use present.

This bat grades out at the MEARS A5 grade with five points for the base grade to have been found in the team index records with zero points assigned for use.
