1952-60 Gene Stephens Boston Red Sox H&B Louisville Slugger Professional Model Game Used Bat (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a professional model O1 game used H&B Louisville Slugger with a "Stephens" barrel stamping likely dating to Gene Stephens tenure with the Boston Red Sox organization circa 1952-60. Vern Stephens was also active during this label period though H&B records indicate he preferred the S2 model. Bat currently measures 35", weighs 33 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, grain swelling/slight deadwood, barrel discoloration and a cracked handle with some separation. (01C0074, 4289)
