Way tougher than any Mickey Mantle rookie card is this one-of-a-kind Exhibit Card display, showcasing Baseball Stars and Wrestlers. Dated at 1951, as determined from the American League patch on Mantle's left shoulder, this 12 1/2" by 18 1/2" stunner, which presumably hung above Exhibit Card vending machines (and very few survived we might add) that also features other baseball players, include: Yogi Berra, Gil McDougald, Ted ted Kluszewski, Gene Woodling, Red Schoendienst and wrestlers: Rudy Kay, Cyclone Anaya, The Mighty Atlas, Roy McCarity, Bob Ortin and George Drake.
The piece is in overall solid condition, with very minor wrinkling and some minor wear due to aging. The cards are not connected and is not an uncut sheet, but are seperate pieces attached to the sturdy paper backing. In addition, the cards are made of a shiny-type paper, and not cardboard, but are 3" by 5 1/4" Exhibit card size. Estimate $600/$750
