Offered for auction in this lot are a pair of Howdy Doody hand puppets depicting the show's star and its multi-animal hybrid Flub-A-Dub. These hand puppets were manufactured in 1951 by The Jay V. Zimmerman Company in St. Louis, Missouri and come in their original packaging which is largely intact though does show some age induced wear as the pieces are 60 years old. Puppets measure approximately 9". (G0184)
