1948-49 Bobby Doerr Boston Red Sox H&B Louisville Slugger Professional Model Game Used Bat (MEARS A7 & PSA/DNA)

Offered is a professional model Bobby Doerr game used H&B Louisville Slugger dating to the Hall of Famer's tenure with the Boston REd Sox circa 1948-49. Model D2 is stamped on the knob while the barrel features a signature stamping. Bat currently measures 35", weighs 33 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, stitch marks, cleat marks, a chipped knob and a handle tape remnants. Handle remains uncracked. PSA/DNA hologram/LOA will also attend to verify the authenticity of the bat. Final Grade MEARS A7: 5 points base grade, 3 use points, minus 1 for chipped knob and wear to barrel. (73A0583)
