"Da Bum," a 7" rubber "squeeze toy" based on Willard Mullin's classic Brooklyn Dodgers mascot, was produced in extraordinary detail by the Rempel Toy Company in the late-1940s into the early 1950's.

This examples still sports it's working "squeaker" and displays very well. Estimate $75. Collection of MEARS staff.
