1921-31 Ty Cobb Tigers/Athletics H&B Louisville Slugger Professional Model Bat (MEARS A5 & PSA/DNA)

Offered is a professional model Ty Cobb H&B Louisville Slugger dating to circa the 1921-31 label period which encompassed his time with the Detroit Tigers (1921-26), Philadelphia Athletics (1927-28) and his earliest post career years. "Weather Seasoned Hand Bone Rubbed" factory stamping also present adjacent to center brand. Bat currently measures 33", weighs 36.5 ounces and shows heavy use with grain swelling/slight deadwood on the reverse of the barrel and a professionally repaired handle crack. PSA/DNA hologram 1B12266 affixed to knob with a note reading "Not Used by Cobb" included in PSA/DNA's online database. Final Grade: MEARS A5. (04F0080)
