Physical characteristics; Bat is a standard signature model retail bat that was used by someone and returned to H&B in 1932 which is the only part of the side writing that is still visible. Knob is stamped 35” and weighs 32 oz. Bat shows heavy game use with a 9” handle crack (several in same area), some light grain separation and cleat marks about the barrel. Factory stamps are perfect as is the original factory finish. It is graded authentic since it is a standard retail model bat. History; Jackson bats are scarce in both game and retail models. We do not know the player or history of whom returned the bat and Travis Jackson himself was a Hall of Fame player best remembered for his years with the Giants. LOA MEARS
