1917-21 Charlie Gehringer Detroit Tigers Signed H&B Louisville Slugger Professional Model Bat (MEARS LOA/JSA Full Letter & PSA/DNA)

Offered is a professional model H&B Louisville Slugger dating to circa the 1917-21 labeling period which has been signed on the barrel in black marker by Hall of Fame Detroit Tigers second sacker Charlie Gehringer. Bat currently measures 34.75", weighs 33 ounces and shows heavy use with grain swelling and a 12" handle crack held in place by a single period nail. Bat was sidewritten at one point, though it is no longer legible. Full JSA letter will attend as will PSA/DNA hologram/COA E36858. (83K0102)
