1910 Pittsburgh Pirates S&H Green Stamps Postcard (SGC 1.5)

Offered is a 1910 Pittsburgh Pirates S&H Green Stamps Postcard. Sperry and Hutchinson (S&H) began issuing their "green stamps" incentive program to U.S. retailers in 1896 and the stamps remained popular until the 1980s. The stamps would be collected in albums and redeemed for bonuses to shoppers in the form of rewards based on the dollar amount of purchases. Sometime around 1909-1910, the company issued this postcard honoring the World Champion "Pittsburg" Pirates and features Honus Wagner among the player images. (SGC 1.5)
