Robert Brown was a reliable defensive tackle his entire 11 year career in Green Bay. One of the few sure things in Titletown was the burly Packers lineman.
This game battered helmet was worn heavily by Brown during the mid to late '80s with the Packers. Heavy surface wear is present with deep abrasions and scuff marks throughout. The following appear on the back: "93" dymo label, size sticker, white warning sticker and Brown signed on in black felt tip. Inner features include: AF2 gel-filled padding, two leather jaw pads and white size sticker. Brown's mouth guard is still present as well. The right Packer "G" is peeling away but is present.
Employed by the Green Bay Packers from 1984-2000, Scott Waters had on field access for each game, and mingled along the sidelines with the players. Several candid photos document his presence on the field. This lot originated directly from the Scott Waters collection.
