Offered is a New England Patriots helmet dating to Mike Haynes tenure with the team circa 1977-78. Team logo decals applied to either side of the helmet with blue & red striping running down the center and number 40 decals on the reverse. Interior of the helmet features a Riddell PAC 3 label & 04 77 date stamping with Haynes number 40 written twice in red marker. Heavy use shown. (81I0168)
