Offered for sale is an interesting lot of original Civil War to early 1900’s lot of 4 ammo pouches and 1 misc. item. The first box is an oval US late Civil War box missing the tins that is marked on the back but it is hard to read, you can make out Newark. Leather is in good shape this is a nice cartridge box. The second cartridge box is a McKeever that is marked Watervliet Arsenal on the back. This box has the loops intact inside still and remains in good solid shape with no issues that I can see. I am not certain what the round leather piece is but I think it may have something to do with the cavalry. The third box is a USN marked pistol box with the wood still present and remains in good solid used shape with no issues that I can see. The last box is a US pistol box dated 1903 and shows age and use but remains intact with no issues I can see other the leather is starting to crack and break some where you bend the flap when you open it.
