Offered is a San Francisco 49ers home jersey which was donned by All Pro defensive tackle Justin Smith for the team's 45-3 stomping of the Buffalo Bills on October 7, 2012; during which Smith recorded 4 tackles. Nike On Field size 48 tag sewn in collar along with a 2012 flag tag while "49ers" is embroidered on the front of the jersey. Number 94 is sewn to the front, back and sleeves in white tackle twill with a "Smith" nameplate also sewn to the reverse. PSA/DNA hologram & COA card N88297 will also attend to verify the authenticity of the jersey. Heavy use shown throughout. (68V0140)
