Offered is a collection of 11 original photographs depicting Heavyweight Champion Jack Sharkey between 1929 & 1936. Sharkey is pictured in the collection during training, after his 1936 bout with Joe Louis, with Mrs. Sharkey & Jack Jr. and in other assorted situations both in the ring and out. Photos range in size from 6" x 7" to 8" x 10" and contain various handwritten notations, affixed cutlines and news service stamps on their reverse. (E0406)
