For inspection, MEARS examined the following:

1994-95 Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls Road Game Jersey

The jersey style is the red, road, mesh pull over. Manufactured by Champion, the jersey contains both the Champion and exclusive tagging. Champion was verified as the correct supplier of the Bulls team during the 1994-95 seasons. Other examples used for comparison were:

1994-95 Road Jordan Champion
1994-95 Home Jordan Champion
1994-95 Home Pippen Champion

Therefore, Champion is verified as being the correct supplier of jerseys for the team.

Size 46 is found on the Champion tag on the outer tail. Comparisons to additional Jordan jerseys that have entered the hobby verify size 46 is correct for Jordan during the era. Other examples used for comparison include:

1994-95 Jordan size 46 (MEARS database)
1994-95 Jordan size 46 (Auction House listing)

Therefore, size 46 is confirmed as the correct size for Jordan during the 1994-95 season. The name “JORDAN” appears on the back with a vertical arch. The name has an approximate 6” drop from the bottom of the neckline. This is correct for game issued Chicago Bulls game jerseys from the era. Non game issued jerseys, or pro cut styles, only have the 3” drop. This jersey should not be confused with the pro cut jerseys issued only for commercial use.

With the presence of the 6” drop, this jersey is issued to be worn by Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls. The drop of the name Jordan is consistent with the following images:

(printed images included)

Jersey exhibits light overall game wear. Jersey was also reviewed by Grey Flannel auctions, where upon their evaluation; they stated the jersey showed game wear and came from an impeccable source. Our evaluation confirmed this jersey is consistent with respects to manufacturer, size, NOB drop on reverse, and style as to what Jordan would have worn during the 1994-95 season. Wear is visible.
