Since this Atlanta Falcons helmet was manufactured in March of 1985 (stamped 3/85 on inside) it was made in plenty of time for Joe Washington to wear it later in the year.

This eye-grabbing headgear shows decent overall use with scratches and surface abrasions throughout. "24" is stickered on back (some peeling) as is a transparent warning sticker. The inside includes: size "7" sticker, leather forehand reinforcement, Riddell WD1 padding and "24" written in black marker.
