Before the 1934 season Dizzy Dean predicted that he and his brother Paul would win 45 games for the St. Louis Cardinals and he was almost right, they combined for 49 in the regular season and 4 in leading the Cards to World Series victory.

Hand selected for inclusion in the book "Baseball's Golden Age: The Photographs of Charles M. Conlon, 1993" each of these offered images were developed from the original glass plate negative. Classified as a Type 2 by professional grading services, each image presents the finest in color, subject, and contrast. Near mint condition. Sporting News Hologram. (H1200)
