2009 Barry Sims San Francisco 49ers Game Worn Signed Sideline Cap PSA/DNA NFL Auctions Certificate

This Reebok brand flex fit onfield cap (size "XL-XXL") was worn by veteran guard/tackle Barry Sims during the 2009 season, his tenth in professional football. That season, Sims played in all 16 of San Francisco's games, starting seven of them.

The cap was worn on October 4th of 2009 for breast cancer awareness.

Sims signed the upper front in black felt tip marker. An NFL Auction LOA and PSA/DNA sticker #N61791 will attend and serve as authentication. Sims' number "65" is written on the top button in black marker.
