Devin Bush wore this jersey during the team's Super Bowl run of 1999. During Bush's tenure in St. Louis he wore this style of jersey during his rookie season of 1999.

Outstanding secondary use is exhibited on the pullover with two repairs on the right shoulder. Each of the numbers is heat pressed. Moderate pilling marks are visible on the Ram horn shoulders and two repairs are executed on the right shoulder stripe. "BUSH" is applied to a tightly cropped nameplate.

Puma manufacturer's logos adorn the shoulder/sleeves as well.

The jersey is custom hemmed above the tag line.
