1985 Dennis McKinnon Chicago Bears Game Used Presentation ONFL (Rozelle) Football Signed - (MEARS Auction LOA & JSA)

Anything that can be linked to the 1985 Chicago Bears carries a distinct premium. The offered ONFL (Rozelle) football was used during that magical 16-1 season.

This football was used in the game which Chicago drubbed Dallas 44-0 (the first of three shutouts that season) and subsequently presented to wide receiver Dennis McKinnon.

McKinnon caught one pass for 24 yards but a block he threw in the game must have made him a worthy choice of a game ball. The ball has one entire side panel with the following painted on: "Game Ball Presented to Dennis McKinnon Bears 44, Cowboys 0 November 17, 1985 Texas Stadium."

The ball is signed "Joey my best friend always" and has "Best Block ever in Texas Stadium" written.
