This size "7 1/8" cap was worn by pitcher Walter Terrell in either 1983 or '84. The cap shows light use.

The leather headband is not cracked. Sewn in the headband are the following labels: MLB tag, New Era Pro Model tag and size "7 1/8" label.

"49" is written on the underside in black marker.
