Offered is a Houston Apollos jersey dating to Mark Messier's brief 4 game stint with the Central Hockey League franchise at the outset of the 1979-80 season. Jersey is manufactured by HSI, though no manufacturer tag is present, with an XL size tag sewn in the collar and "Apollos", number 15 and a "Messier" nameplate also sewn to the white mesh jersey. Garter belt type fight strap still present. Shows light but definite usage with a few dark marks. (83K0544)
