Offered is a Spalding Official National League Warren Giles baseball with "World Series Grand Slam 1968 Det. vs St. Louis" handwritten on one side panel while "North" is written in red ink on the opposite side. Examination of 1968 World Series game logs confirms that Jim Northrup of the Tigers hit the only Grand Slam of the 1968 series during Game 6 at Busch Stadium. (70T0010)
